| How long does the process take? |
| We can buy your house as quickly as you like. If you need a quick exchange to stop repossession we can usually exchange contracts in a few days. Where there is less urgency, about 4 weeks is usual. If you need the security of a legally binding sale but do not want to move out immediately, we are happy to exchange contracts and delay completion until you are ready or to rent the property to you until you move out. Selling through an estate agent will, at best, take many months. |
