| Will the sale process be confidential?

| All our property sales are confidential. There will be no “for sale” sign put outside your home, you will not have to worry about dealing with dozens of potential buyers coming to view your home. |

| How much will your service cost?
|
| We don't charge any type of fee. We will even pay for your solicitors fees for you (up to £500). There are no valuation or estate agents fees to pay. |

| How long does the process take?
|
| We can buy your house as quickly as you like. If you need a quick exchange to stop repossession we can usually exchange contracts in a few days. Where there is less urgency, about 4 weeks is usual. If you need the security of a legally binding sale but do not want to move out immediately, we are happy to exchange contracts and delay completion until you are ready or to rent the property to you until you move out.
Selling through an estate agent will, at best, take many months. |

| How much will you offer for my property?
|
| This will depend on the property and a number of factors such as the location of the property, the length of the lease (where applicable), current market conditions, structural defects (if they exist), however we normally offer between 15% and 25% below the market value for a standard sale and at least 100% for a deferred sale. With our fast sale solution an independent valuation will be carried out by a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. |

| Can you recommend a solicitor?
|
| We have a panel of Solicitors we can recommend to you, or if you prefer you can choose your own. If you use one we recomend we will pay all their fees. |

| I am being threatend with repossession, can you help?
|
| We can help stop the repossession and work together in suggesting solutions to clear the debt. In most cases we can assist by buying your property quickly or clearing your arears for you. |

| I don't want to move out of my house, can you help?
|
| When we purchase a property through our fast sale solution we place the property on the rental market and would welcome you as the first tenants (subject to status). However, due to a few unscrupulous operators in this sector in recent years, the Government have introduced new regulations which prevent anyone from offering garneted tenancies to the former owners of properties they have purchased. |

| Rents are based on the market rent in your area. |

| Yes, existing tenants are not a problem for us. |
